​Current Projects

Parents, Carers & Community Re-Engagement Stream – supporting people who’ve stepped out of the workforce, including parents, carers, and members of disadvantaged or culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, to rebuild skills, confidence, andcareer pathways. Currently in the consultation stage, collaborating with local schools, small businesses and Council to co-design programs that meet urgent community needs.

Our Collaboration Approach
NurtureNEXT builds strong relationships with local councils, multicultural organisations, and grassroots communities. Our model is centred on listening, co-design, and culturally safe engagement, ensuring that programs are responsive, inclusive, and impactful.
