NurtureNext is a purpose-driven social enterprise grounded in community care, leadership and multicultural advocacy.

We empower people to lead their own lives and shape care that is culturally inclusive and genuinely person-led.

Through our not-for-profit arm, we reinvest our impact by supporting youth and community development around the world.

​Current Projects

​​

• Parents, Carers & Community Re-Engagement Stream – supporting people who’ve stepped out of the workforce, including parents, carers, and members of disadvantaged or culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, to rebuild skills, confidence, andcareer pathways. Currently in the consultation stage, collaborating with local schools, small businesses and Council to co-design programs that meet urgent community needs.

• Youth Amplified – a podcast that places the voices of young people at centre stage. Co-founded with Brian Laul, Chair of Rainbow Crossing Inc. Listen here

• Culture Waves (Waverley Council) – mentoring young people to explore cultural identity and belonging

• Leadership and Governance Review – for a key Filipino-Australian community organisation (formerly APCO Official Inc)

• Burwood–Strathfield Multicultural Network Hub – leading community consultation and design of a grassroots hub

• Seniors Information Session and advocacy – delivering accessible support to CALD seniors

NurtureNEXT builds strong relationships with local councils, multicultural organisations, and grassroots communities. Our model is centred on listening, co-design, and culturally safe engagement, ensuring that programs are responsive, inclusive, and impactful.
