Her background in family mediation and capacity-building underpins her approach to mentoring, workshops, and leadership development.
Ronna is an Executive Leader in the Aged and Disability Care sectors and serves on boards and advisory committees for government initiatives and non-profit organisations. She brings deep expertise in building highly engaged, high-performing teams, with a passion for authentic, human-centred leadership.
Ronna is actively involved in local councils, committees, and grassroots
organisations across Sydney, driving initiatives that empower individuals and create stronger, more connected communities.
