NurtureNext was founded on deep lived experience of founder, Ronna Guzman — as a care professional, a multicultural advocate and as a carer for a loved one navigating aged care, end-of-life, palliative care and hospital systems.

With over a decade of experience in community care, leadership roles, case management, team supervision, and cultural advocacy,

NurtureNext is grounded in both professional expertise and authentic lived insight.

Our founder’s long-standing involvement with multicultural councils, community advisory groups, and youth empowerment initiatives shapes who we are: a bridge between generations and cultures.

Ronna Guzman - Founder & Managing Director
Ronna is trained in Family Systems, Solutions-Focused, and Strengths-Based approaches. She has extensive experience working with children, young people, families, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. Her background in family mediation and capacity-building underpins her approach to mentoring, workshops, and leadership development.
Ronna is an Executive Leader in the Aged and Disability Care sectors and serves on boards and advisory committees for government initiatives and non-profit organisations. She brings deep expertise in building highly engaged, high-performing teams, with a passion for authentic, human-centred leadership.
Ronna is actively involved in local councils, committees, and grassroots
organisations across Sydney, driving initiatives that empower individuals and create stronger, more connected communities.

Daniel Lane - Corporate Partnership Director
Daniel Lane is the Corporate Partnership Director at NurtureNext and is passionate about assisting people building businesses and developing leadership skills.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in large corporate business, and for the last 4 years working in a sustainable social enterprise start up business,
Daniel has a well developed understanding of relationship management, business management, leadership and fundraising and a proven track record of leading and developing high performance teams.
HIs background in sales, marketing, business transformation and business management provides a wide range of knowledge to assist business perform at their peak.
